Byron Williams has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Western Illinois University.   Byron Williams began his career in real estate as an Illinois Residential Mortgage Licensee.  Mr. Williams was hired by Omni National Bank as a Redevelopment Lender.  Shortly thereafter, Mr. Williams became one of the leading loan officers in the company before the bank was closed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).  He received his real estate license in July 2017 and obtained his managing broker’s license in 2019.  Byron Williams remains dedicated to succeeding in a highly competitive arena.  His volunteering activities include being the  

founder and Treasurer of the Epsilon Beta Foundation a 501c3 organization whose mission is to award annual scholarships to minority students that attend Western Illinois University.  Mr. Williams also serves as a Director for the Uplift Foundation a 501c3 organization. He was selected to be a member of the Western Illinois Black Alumni Council and was elected to be the Business Manager. He is also a member of the Western Illinois Alumni Council is currently the Chair of the Programming Committee. Over the years, Mr. Williams has gained a mastery level understanding of entrepreneurship, management, accounting, and marketing. His life’s purpose is to impart the knowledge he has gained over the years to those that are willing recipients receiving counseling to make an informed, educated, decision. His mission is to exceed the expectations of his clients.  This can only be accomplished with hard work, dedication, and continuous improvement.
